Born outside Pittsburgh and raised in eccentric communities on organic farms from Austin to the base of the Blue Ridge mountains in Virginia.

I'm passionate about access and equality, neurodiversity, and meeting people where they are with presence and grace.

Complex, ambiguous challenges energize me, and I love helping a group of people show up authentically and grow into a strong, interdependent team. I believe that bringing people's lived experiences together allows us to solve intractable problems and build the scaffolding of our collective resilience. That's the real magic that lights me up.

Currently living and roaming around the Oakland hills in the Bay. I delight in life's gray areas, the wonders of neuroplasticity, big trees and big whales, and I aspire to be the handiest hype woman around.
